Deleted Project remains in Recent Projects List

On the Jira new Interface, after you delete a project it still shows up as a Recent Project. Then when you click on the link from Recent Projects, show that this project it was deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Jira New Interface (in case needed).
2. As Jira admin select Settings > Projects.
3. Then Delete a project which is appearing on recent Projects.

Expected Results

The project references should be completed deleted.

Actual Results

The project still remains on the Recent Browsed Projects List.

When clicking on the link, it shows that the Project it was deleted.

Workaround

So far there is no Workaround.
